THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO HELP:

• Help us solicit sponsors to defray material costs for displays in public areas. Contact us for more information or, if you already have a sponsor, ask them to complete the sponsor form

​

• Identify neighbors who died since last Luminaria (we honor them with torches on the Germander peninsula); Complete the Memorial Form if you know of neighbors whose passing we can honor in this special way.

​​

• Nominate a neighbor or neighborhood family in need during this season. (Complete the Nomination Form);

​​

• Help deliver lantern kits

​​

• Order lantern kits for the sidewalk in front of your house;

​​

• Order lantern kits for neighbors who won't be here, or who have mobility challenges;

​

• Make online bids on Virtual Auction items donated by neighborhood vendors and area businesses;

​

• Volunteer to assemble lanterns (at your location or the clubhouse parking lot) and set up lanterns in public areas.

​

• Enlist friends from your scouting group, civic club, workplace, or place of worship to help;

​

• Provide snacks or drinks to volunteers;

​

• Loan your golf cart or pickup truck for the effort;

​

• Join carolers or gather a group of your own;

​

• Host a drop-in, open house, or party at your place (pass a hat or put out a tip jar so guests can pitch in for the cause?);

​​

• Identify or help neighbors with mobility issues get out to enjoy the display;

​

• Clean up public areas (8 AM Sun after the event)

​

• Anything else to make a positive difference!

3:00 PM - 9:00 PM:

Make a credit card or PayPal donation, and order lantern kits to display in front of your home.

Join our Virtual Auction bidding for donated items

​

🕯️ SATURDAY

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM:

Assemble lanterns to arrange for their pick-up and display in the public areas (can start before Saturday);

​

🕯️ SUNDAY

8:00 AM:

Public area clean-up begins.

​

5:00 PM:

Auction bidding closes
